Online Benefit Enrolment Tool

A partnership between the Lawrie Insurance Group and PaymentEvolution brings you proven talents in Employee Benefits and Group Retirement consulting and cloud-based software development. The strategic partnership allows us to bring technology and benefits together to deliver a better experience for your employees. Together, we have developed something unique for employees. You will have access to our customized online application, which allows employees to complete their enrolment process or change their status online, through a computer or smart device.

 

Step One

LIG imports weekly client payroll report.

Enrollment Tool identifies new hires and terminations

New employees receive invitation to online enrollment

Step Four

Employee registers for self-service and validates standard data, as well as enters any dependent information

Step Five

Data is consolidated, cleaned and an export file is created and sent to both LIG and your insurer partners

Step Six

A change report is produced, from which LIG will note any updates and take the necessary steps to ensure changes to coverage are processed accordingly

Step Seven

LIG to audit billing to ensure changes are processed correctly with the insurer

Our tool is fully integrated with your insurer partner’s system; therefore, any changes made by employees are updated in real-time. Employees will have the ability to view an Online Benefit Statement, advising them of both their required premium contributions and the contributions the company makes on their behalf on an annual basis, as well as coverage volumes and elections. Within the tool, employees will also have access to a benefit plan design summary, itemizing coverage details and co-insurance percentages, as well as access to relevant forms and contact information for both their designated LIG representative and insurer customer support.
