Her hands-on approach in working with us to review contract insurance requirements and showing us how to complete the necessary forms required in pricing jobs continues to be very educational, empowering our sales team. The most pivotal experience which we had with Beth’s level of care for her clients was with a recent fire on a project in Winnipeg. We called her at the end of business day on a Thursday, needing our insurer at a fire damaged work-site inspection in Winnipeg for early Monday morning. Beth rushed to set up a claim and gave us advice on the next steps regarding the matter and safeguards for future situations should they arise. She elevated the urgency to have an adjuster fly out on a Sunday and be on-site for Monday at 7am. She stayed involved in the ongoing communications all the way through, making sure that we were being looked after.
For the past 18 years, in operating my own company and working with my previous insurance broker, I thought that we had a good broker. However, having worked with our new Spark Power Corporate broker, I know that I have a great broker!
