To enter contest, complete the form between Monday, December 5 and Sunday, December 18, to qualify to win 1 of 3 NHL® hockey jerseys of your favourite team. Three (3) prizes are available, and the three (3) winners will be randomly drawn from all entries. Winners will be able to choose an NHL® hockey jersey of their choice. LIG will provide a list to the winners of available players names/numbers for the chosen team jersey. NHL® hockey jerseys choices are subject to availability. Winners will be announced January 5th, 2023. Jerseys will be shipped in January 2023. No purchase necessary.
